These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the NIS2 Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") and the users of services (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). By using the platform, the User agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Description of Services

NIS2 Platform provides the following services: • Free NIS2 readiness assessment • AI-powered compliance document generation • Dashboard for compliance document management Services are intended for legal entities and entrepreneurs.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices of individual services are listed on the platform in EUR including VAT. Payments are made through the Stripe payment gateway. After successful payment, an invoice is issued and sent to the User's email. Purchased documents are available for download immediately after payment processing.

4. Rights and Obligations

The Operator undertakes to: • Provide services in the agreed scope and quality • Protect Users' personal data • Inform about changes in terms The User undertakes to: • Provide truthful data • Not infringe copyright • Not use services for illegal purposes

5. Liability

Generated documents serve as a template and starting point for NIS2 compliance implementation. The Operator is not responsible for: • Use of documents without adapting them to the organization's specifics • Regulator decisions or audit results • Indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform

6. Complaints and Refunds

7. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions become effective on the day of their publication on the platform. The Operator reserves the right to change these terms. The User will be informed about changes via email or notification on the platform. Relationships not regulated by these terms are governed by the relevant legal regulations.
